Buyers scroll fast. Photos are your first filter — especially for bulky items where travel cost matters.

Minimum set

  1. Full item — show scale (include a common object if helpful).
  2. Defects honestly — scuffs, rust, missing parts.
  3. Proof shot — nameplate for appliances, IMEI screen for phones (blur serials in public listings if you prefer).

Lighting and honesty

Shoot in daylight near a window. Over-edited photos create disputes at handover — match reality and you close faster.
