The Platform is a technology service that help users discover local listings, publish their own offers, and communicate. Unless clearly stated for a specific paid service,ProFixer is not a party to the sale, purchase, rental, or barter of goods or services between users. We do not, by default, hold funds in escrow, guaranty the condition or existence of an item, or provide delivery or collection of physical goods, unless a separate feature explicitly provides otherwise.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Platform (including blog articles, in-app text, and tips) is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or safety professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with applicable law (including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and any applicable state or municipal law).

3. User content and third parties

Listings, messages, and profile information are provided by users and third parties. We do not pre-vouch for accuracy, completeness, or lawfulness in every case, though we may use moderation, reporting tools, and policies described in the Terms. You rely on such content at your own risk and should verify material facts (including identity, price, condition, and legality) before you transact.

4. “As is” and limitation of liability

The Platform and all related information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, where such disclaimers are permitted. Our aggregate liability in connection with the Platform (except where prohibited by law) is further limited as set out in the Terms of use.

5. Indicative and illustrative content

From time to time, the product may use sample data, demo flows, or simulated pricing for technical testing. In such areas, you must not treat information as a firm offer, unless it clearly relates to a live, accepted listing in your own session.

Links to third-party sites (including our partners) are for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of other websites or applications.

Features, regions, and fees may change. This Disclaimer can be updated; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after material changes, where the Terms and applicable law so allow, may constitute your acceptance of the revised text.
